How often should we have our windows professionally cleaned?

Residential - The International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) recommends twice a year by a professional window cleaner. Here in Arizona, we recommend quarterly cleanings due to the amount of dust and debris in the air.

Commercial - It depends on the type of business. For example, would you continue to dine in a restaurant with filthy windows? Restaurants we recommend weekly service and Medical facilities monthly. Think of the type of business, your traffic, as well as appearance to the public. Remember, people see more than you realize.

Are there going to be water spots?
